The professionals and skilled caregivers we provide are carefully screened to ensure that they meet or exceed the regulations of Agency for Health Care Administration's (AHCA) and Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). No Other Place Like Home Inc., is committed to providing our clients with a quality team of professionals that will deliver the finest in home health care services. We can provide the following:

• Registered Nurses

The RN performs an initial assessment of the patient’s needs, develops a care plan and reports to the physician, Case Manager and Agency regarding the patient's conditions and changes.

• Licensed Practical Nurses

The LPN assumes responsibility for all direct care activities as indicated by the case manager (Registered Nurse) within the scope of the Nurse Practice Act and Home Health care policies and procedures.

• Physical Therapists

Provides Physical therapy services as prescribed by a Physician, Physician Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner within their scope of practice safely in the patient’s home. Physical Therapy Assistant duties are directed by a Licensed Physical Therapist in keeping with state regulations for Physical Therapist.

• Occupational Therapists

Provides Occupational therapy services as prescribed by a Physician, Physician Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner within their scope of practice safely in the patient’s home.

• Certified Nursing Assistants/Health Aides

The CNA/HHA works under the supervision of the staff nurse and home health supervisor, or where applicable Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist. The CNA/HHA provides personal care, rehabilitative and support services as ordered.

• Companions/Homemakers

Provides basic non-medical services such as: light housekeeping, errands and general companionship. They do not provide "hands on" care.
