• Social Security card
• Work permit if applicable
• Picture i.d. (eg. driver's license)
• Physical (done within the past six months stating applicant is free of communicable diseases along with result of TB test or chest x-ray)
• Resume for all professionals
• No disqualifying criminal record
• Two references from previous employer
  
  References must have address and telephone number, if past employer is deceased or unable to give reference, we will accept references from your family member.

High Demand for Bilingual professionals
(French/Creole, Spanish). Must speak fluent English.
